In 2021, the company name was rebranded to AHS-KY, Inc. and expanded services to include specialized heavy industrial manufacturing. AHS has grown exponentially, adding quality team members, new locations, and a wider range of services to foster the needs of its customer base. What began as the dream of two lifelong, childhood friends, Jeremiah and Randall, is now a multi-state industrial enterprise built through years of hard work and planning for the future.

In 2007, the business expanded to include a 14,000 square ft. facility, adding the sale of industrial pumps, valves, and power units as well as expanding their specialty fabrication, machine work, manufacturing new cylinders, industrial fabrication, line boring, rebuilding pumps, cylinders & valves. In 2015, AHS began providing on-site support to Golden Triangle Mill Services located in Columbus, MS. In 2018, AHS expanded to Ironton, OH, acquiring a 65,000 square foot production facility located on the banks of the Ohio River with access to both river and rail transport.

Originally established as American Hose Industrial Supply in 1995 by Jeremiah Fulks and Randall Blankenship, the first location was based in West Virginia with a focus on making custom hoses and selling industrial supplies. AHS relocated to Catlettsburg, KY in 2001, expanding their focus to include rebuilding hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, and changing the name to American Hydraulic Services, Inc.
